    if i increased the ram will the VRAM increase?


    i have an intel HD graphics 1307mb size
    and 2.9 gb ram (out of 4gb)

    one question, if i increased the ram will the VRAM increase?
    cuz i have it only 128mb

    Welcome to SF!

    If the graphics is onboard the motherboard it would likely use more RAM if you add more, but your actual VRAM would remain the same. Onboard graphic generally use a fair chunk of the RAM installed.

    I'm not talking about the acutal VRAM, I mean if I increase the ram to 4gb l the shared graphics memory increase from the 128mb?

    Graphics memory


    hi i have a 64bit windows 7 3.86gb ram and 1.755gb graphics card

    but when i checked i saw that only 128mb out of the 1755mb is used

    can anyone help me i changed my windows to increase the shared graphics memory and nothin happened

    Check your BIOS for any option that might let you allocate more vram. it's the only place that will have that ability.

    What do you mean you "Changed" your Windows. If you ha Win 7 32 bit installed howcome you suddenly have 64bit?
