Differences between GTS 450 and GTS 450 OEM?

Browsing in Nvidia official site i found a card called "Nvidia GTS 450 OEM".
I have a PNY GST 450 (not OEM).

What is the difference between the OEM and the non-OEM version? which one is newer and better?

I'm unable to understand what of the 2 versions is faster... One has got more CUDA cores, but the other one has 1.5 GB 192-bit GDDR5 RAM instead of 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 RAM...

The one with more cores may be faster.
Oem would be a card made for dell or HP.

I have a GTS450OC 1GB memory. I replaced an ATI Radeon HD4850 512MB memory with the GTS450 and the Windows Experience Index dropped (plus Soldier of Fortune quit working). I reinstalled the HD4850.

The "OEM" cards sometimes have various modifications including lower power requirements (I know some of the Dell OEM cards have lower power requirements as the OEM power supply used in some of these models is below what the retail card's are spec'd for). Otherwise they are usually basically the same. I know in the case of Dell video cards, the "retail" video card vendor drivers can be used without problems.

I think it is, I don't have it installed right now so I can't check for sure. My card didn't get that high a WEI score. There are differences in versions of the card. It was installed in older hardware, an Intel DP35DP motherboard with a Q6600 CPU.

My new PC has an i7 3770 CPU and I'm using the built in Intel HD4000 graphics and not a separate video card.

maybe you could have the 2GB DDR3 version...

Anyway the GTS 450 is a good mid-range card :) it boosted up my pc a lot! and now I can play games like Skyrim at 1600x900 @ultra settings @4xAA reaching 60fps!

Before I had the MSI Radeon X1650...

That is a major jump up in video capability.

The one I have is 1GB RAM. It now "collects dust".
