    ATI 7770 Shakes Busy Cursor Icon?! ._.


    i know the title is weird but i recently got ATi 7770 GHZ Vapor-X and i was jumping from happines! so when i returned home and plugged my DVI cable to the graphic card and started pc..everything runs smoothly! but the weird thing i noticed when i was overclocking my CPU and waiting...The Aero Mouse waiting icon seems shaking i thought at first i was having some kind of eye seizure or something but after many many times i found small waiting icon shakes while large and XLarge does not? even in games like sims and other..Their Waiting Icon shakes too AND ONLY WAITING or Loading icon! i was seriously mad of how the whole icons run fine except the waiting icon ,with my old onboard vga ATi 3200 i had no problems so far with shaking mouse icon but after getting the new vga,this happened so please any help?

I have been having a strange problem the last week or so. I have an Admin account and a Guest account on my Windows 7 PC. I always use the Admin account. Maybe this sounds weird, but I like the classic cursors and I want the cursor to stay the same whether it's showing a background or busy activity. I tried to capture the cursor and edit it with AWicons, but when I set it, the entire cursor just dissapears when I launch an app for example. But...
Freezing busy cursor

This is a slight annoyance that seems to keep popping back up. The cursor that turns to a teal circle when busy freezes after using the computer for like 3 minutes. I don't know why this happens, but cycling the cursor scheme temporarily fixes it. This is the cursor I'm talking about:...
