AMD Radeon 6800 Every Games Crashes or Extreme Graphical glitches

I am in desperation mode right now. I have spent the last two days to figure out what has been wrong with my Graphics Card and I am just hoping I have not fried it or done irreversible damage.

A couple days ago the Catalyst Control Center was refusing to open for me so instead I began to use ATI Tray Tools. At first everything was fine I even was able to Overclock it slightly. I grew curious and let it bench my GPU for a time. Soon my screen was stuttering and windows were (Not Responding) quite often. So I chose to turn off some windows features in the control panel --> Program and Features --> Features options on the left side bar. I turned off most save for those necessary and rebooted. I then went to play a just downloaded game, MLB 2k12, the graphic were a mess. (I included screen shots). So to see if it was just the game I booted up another 2k game, NBA 2k12, it gave me similar results. I then tried Darksiders 2 and War for Cybertron, those both crashed on launch. As well all the sudden my Windows Experience Index is a 1.0 due to the Graphics test.

I have done a full reinstall of the drivers, by going through the program files, users files, and registry to get rid of all hints of the old river. I reinstalled and this did not fix the problem I had, though it did make the CAtalyst Control Center work, however none of the option in the Control Center seemed to ease this issue.

I really need help I have been contemplating a full Factory REset, but if I do so and the issues will continue I would have simply wasted my time, so I Want to find a solution that does not include completely wiping the system.

Your best bet is to uninstall all drivers

if you don't have driver sweeper get it http://majorgeeks.com/Driver_Sweeper_d6171.html

after having driver sweeper installed go into safe mode uninstall all ATI drivers for the 6800 series

reboot as it ask you too then after reboot power down remove the card if you have dedicated graphics lets those run the graphics after that power down again

reseat the card power on then let it run then re install 12.6 from the AMD site

and maybe it will be working fine again
