The specs for your motherboard state that it has a PCIe x16 slot, so you will be fine with either graphics card. Just ensure that you have a suitable auxiliary PSU connector available should the card require one.

and as you mentioned 550ti and HD6850 so go for 6850 coz it's far better performer than a 550ti ;) and overall your system is good to go but please also let us know about your Power Supply (PSU) wattage.

My motherbord has a PCIe x16 slot. What is difference PCIe 2.1 x16 and PCIe x16

:) you're PSU seems to be ok to handle and power up the above mentioned cards but i cannot find the amps and readings on the VS450 on their site but it'll work.
