Bluray 3d works with onboard but not with 6870

Asrock e6 z77 board, uninstalled and reinstalled latest drivers for gigabyte 6870 but win7 64x spits a colada-scope of colors and crashes severely sometimes with blu screen the moment I press play, plays standard blurays fine. If I switch to onboard no problems. 750 psu, i73770k, 16G ram LG bddvdrw. Any ideas :/

I don't think radeon cards properly support stereoscopic 3D

The 6870 is supposed to support 3D Blu Ray:

    3D Desktop Graphics for Consumers

There may be some additional hardware requirements. Is your monitor on the supported list?

Ok now it's working fine with 4000 onboard but still has a hissy fit with the 6870's spoke to my pc dude he said to COMPLETELY wipe driver. Iv done that like 5 times arghhhhhhhh!! Also mentioned doing clean install with win8 that he gave me but after reading reviews it sounds crap, I love my customised home screen too much.
