    Windows 7 colour problems

Hello everyone,I just set up my new rig (not really gaming) and after installing w7 i saw that running on the chipset , it does some weird red dots on the screen sometimes (not while loading windows)
The story goes on and installed my Gainward GT630 driver ,and it seem'd that the Windows problem is solved , but it still gets the weird red dots and blue stripes on browsers..
So my question is is the chipset the fault for this? NOTE:It never does stripes in loading windows or bios just in browsers and videos on youtube, havent tried out yet the games.
Also in windows it shows my Athlon ii X4 641 having 4 cores ,and in PC Wizard it showes 1 core only.

I reinstalled W7 , updated the bios and all the drivers , seems it did resolve some of them its rarer now but still is in any browser with a lot of images such as youtube /facebook...

Hi, The fact you can take a screen grab of the issue means it is not a monitor problem so that can be ruled out.
Since this is a new build do you have all the latest motherboard chipset drivers and codecs? Get the latest video card drivers here Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers. Failing that it looks like the video card is bad or your power supply is underrated for the card.
Everyone on here is going to ask you to fill in the exact details of your rig to assist in troubleshooting further.

    Thanks for the reply.
This GPU requires a minimum 300 W PSU.
Ive a 520 W PSU (the gpu dosent require any extra 4 pin connector) so the possibility of the psu is out.( Im playing GTA IV , MAFIA II and Dirt 3 on all full )
Ive searched over the webz and discovered its a common problem with gainwards.
Yes all the drivers are up to date , but it just wont solve it. I sent it to the warranty shop today , ill check the results.
