How can i increase my vram on intel hd 3000?

    hello everyone
i have a laptop with following information:
    core i 5 2450 (2.5 ghz)
    4096 mb ram ddr3 1333
    and intel hd 3000
    ----------------------------------------
i have 1632 mb shared memory
    and 64 mb dedicated memory
what i want to know is how can i change my dedicated memory size
    can i increase it?
in the benchmark shows intel hd 3000 in low resolousion can run pes 2013 with 35 fps
but when i install the game (pes 2013) it gives an error and say you need minimum 128 mb of vram.
i only have 64 mb vram so i awnt to know how can i increase i more to 128 mb?

    thanks

There's typically an option in the BIOS setting to allow you to dedicate more system memory to the onboard video. If there is no such option, then you're stuck with what you have.

To more clearly specify, there is absolutely no way to increase the "Dedicated Memory" portion of your video card. The BIOS setting that Mark is referring to would only increase/modify your "shared" memory. What that basically tells your computer is, "hey, take some memory out of my 4GB and give it to the video card" but you're already taking 1.7GB (as needed). The 64MB is stuck is stuck at that, and can't be modified, ever. Even though HD 3000 is perfectly capable of running PES 2013, you won't be able to launch the game without a script or hack. That's what you should be looking for, not a memory bump.

    P.S.
I'm glad that they at least bumped it up a little. Intel GMA965/X3100 was 8MB dedicated, I almost puked in my mouth when I read that. Comparatively: The ATI 3D Rage card which launched in 1995 had 8MB of dedicated memory.

    P.P.S.
Don't expect to do serious gaming on Intel GFX. We have Xbox and PS3 for gamers on a budget.
