i know it's enable for video playing but now my light brightness don't change. it's Fixed and no increase/decrease

    Attachment 239700

and my brother laptop it's work and can increase or decrease brightness!
That's why I said to go to the manufacturer's support website and download the graphics driver from there, not from AMD. The may have a special utility/driver for the brightness function, a standard driver will not.

We can't unless you do this:

To help us help you would you please add your systems specs? Here's how: System Info - See Your System Specs
Under System Manufacturer/Model Number add whether it is a desktop or laptop and whether self built.

Log in to Seven Forums and you will be able to transfer the info directly to the specs page in your profile from within the System Info app.
After doing this your specs will be available in each of your posts. Click on My system Specs in the lower left of this post to see how it should look.:)
Full instructions are in the tutorial.

Read over these steps to make sure you followed the Best Practices to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. If not I would do it over. Win7 drivers are not handled at all like an XP install as it is the first driver-complete OS with all drivers in the installer or quickly updated via optional Windows Updates. Only after all Updates are done should you import any missing drivers in Device Manager. This development for Win7 now allows no user driver interaction at all in Win8.

The first place you should look for screen brightness is on the Control Panel>Power Options page which has a slider for brightness under Battery and Plugged In power choices.

However some OEM's have special added software in addition to the Display driver to control Function Keys and other functions. So you want to look over carefully the Lenovo Support Downloads webpage for your exact model, under Downloads and specifically also Software. Ask back if you have any questions doing this. Be sure not to install a bunch of other Lenovo crapware as this will defeat the purpose of getting the vastly superior Clean Reinstall.
