not increase/decrease the screen brightness

    not increase/decrease the screen brightness


    Hello,

    I have lenovo y460 and i fresh install windows because i want break partition drive!

    I installed driver graphic first Intel HD 3000 and then ATI Radeon 5650. but when i want increase/decrease the screen brightness don't work.

    light screen brightness it's not like factory lenovo!

    please help me

    I suppose this is a laptop? You will need to go the the machine's web page and download and install drivers for this laptop. Laptop drivers are specific to each brand so you have the FN key functionality.

    yes. it's laptop . i installed last update graphic card driver genius. also FN key don't work

    Screen brightness is almost always lower when you're running of the battery. Unless you're doing video encoding there's really no need to have the 3000 HD active. For ATI it also best to use the a wizard for your brightness and colors because the other sliders are only for when playing video.

    Screen brightness don't work increase/decrease in Dispaly> Adjust brightness what's problem?

    where Screen brightness in Catalyst Control Center? i open it and goto current geraphic is High Performance GPU. i don't see Screen brightness

    You have to set it for 'all channels'

    Catalyst Control will only work with a video playing. Or a game running.

    thanks for replay.

    i know it's enable for video playing but now my light brightness don't change. it's Fixed and no increase/decrease

    not increase/decrease the screen brightness-1.jpg

    and my brother laptop it's work and can increase or decrease brightness!
