Random screen flickering, no known reason

    Hey all,

A couple of days ago, I noticed my screen started flickering randomly. Nothing really changed to my computer. I have uploaded a video which you can see right here: [YOU************//youtu.be/ZRX31-_8ejE[/YOUTUBE]

I'm not a total noob with computers so I've tried quite a few things such as completely renewing my drivers and such but I'm quite clueless right now. The video shows the flickering on Facebook but it happens a lot more then just on Facebook.

I hope anyone can help me out with this!

    Grtz,
    Dancol

Are we talking about a desktop or a laptop?

It's an desktop with the following setup:

    i7 2600k @ 4Ghz
AMD Radeon HD 6950 flashed to 6970
    8Gb of DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
    Asus Sabertooth P67

Pretty much a standard gaming rig without any special stuff.

Uhh i dont know. If you have tried updating drivers then that should have worked. But if it still happens then it is probably the monitor possibly.

Do you have another monitor somewhere or a tv you can hook your rig up to to test it? If the drivers didn't fix it then my thought would be that its the monitor.

Could Google Chrome cause these issues?

No i dont think so. I am using google chrome portable with no screen flickering so try another browser. As i said it might be your monitor.
