Acer aspire one d250 win7 32bit not correct resolutions

    Hi.

I have the Acer aspire one d250 and i have installed the windows 7 starter 32bit and i have install the official intel drivers for 945GM and still i got as choice only these two resolutions (800x600 & 1024x600) and the 1024x600 doesn't show correctly most of the sites and most of the netbook windows e.t.c.
Is there any way to make it show 1024x768 that is the correct to most of the programs e.t.c.???

A lot of thanks for your time and your answers.

The display size of an Acer Aspire One D250 is 10.1" 1024 X 600 maximum. It will not display at any higher resolution. Maybe, if you can connect an external monitor to the computer, then maybe you would see higher screen resolutions. But the computer is so old, I do not know if it will accept an external monitor as an additional display.

    fits79:

As already stated, the Acer Aspire One D250 10.1" netbook (which originally came with Windows XP 32-bit) does have a native resolution of 1024 X 600.

Using a resolution of 1024 X 768 (which is more square looking) is going to make web sites and images look distorted because of the different aspect ratios.

If you have already installed the Windows 7 32-bit driver for its Intel graphics device, you can only choose from the resolutions it offers.
