Deciding on a video card requires suggestions

Hey i made a topic a while ago about buying a video card, well my birthday is coming up pretty soon gonna be 16 yippie , so the present i really want to have is a good gaming card for my computer, im still debating on what type of card i want but here are my requirements :

Must not be over the top expensive incase my pc needs new parts to upgrade

I would like to enjoy my games at my monitor native resolution which is 1920x1080, at a nice graphical detail, no sli or crossfire over the top ultra thing, just something nice that gives me the best performance and a nice solid 30-60 fps

Finally i want to be able to run the following games :
Starcraft 2
Borderlands 2
Planetside 2 and
Hawken

This is all please leave me some suggestions on what to get or if i should wait till christmas since its only 1 month away.

(Antec Neo Eco 520w). I'm not completely certain that it would be a painless swap, but as far as I know, HP uses an industry standard PSU in your PC.

Ok thanks for the info so my psu unit needs to upgrade I have to look into that, any thing else my PC needs upgrading processor, memory etc? Oh and I forgot to add my budget the card must be between 100 to 300 price range nothing over.

so, everything else looks good but if you are buying a higher end like the 660ti then you cpu MIGHT bottleneck it, also is it $300 or £300 or 300 euros

Your CPU is a first gen i3, a lot of GPU's that you are dreaming about will be bottlenecked by your old i3.

My thoughts.. IF you want to play games, and have high fps, get a new motherboard and cpu+gpu

First gen its pretty powerful for a first gen

I can only buy it in retail stores because neither do i nor my parents have a credit card

Ok so i made a lot of thought into it now here is my decision, im not going to ask for anything this year instead i am going to look into upgrading my entire pc, motherboard, cpu, video card etc next year when the money is available and the prices for the parts i want will go down.
