Windows 7 on Celeron 2.0,no aero?

Installed successfully W 7 on a backup machine,MSI 7005(478 Socket) with Intel Celeron 2.0 Ghz,1,5 Giga RAM,runs smoothly. The issue is,as stated,i dont have any Aero support due to GPU,a NVidia something.I also get terrible lags while watching a simple video on the net.If possible, could anyone suggest a compatible graphics card,i wouldnt know what to ask for.Should it be an AGP or a PCI ?

I have run windows 7 with a 2.0 celeron e1400 and a x1600 pro and a had full support for aero.I also had a great intenet experience. i think it could be the quality of your internet or the amount of rubbish installed on your coputer (*tmp and un-defragged files)

I had run internet flawlessly with the celerons integrated graphics(limiting ram to 765mb), and that says alot. but with the celeron i got the x1600 pro and that just improved the quality

try going into bios and seeing if everything related to graphics is ok, then into gpu id and get some snippets of your hardware would be a good start
