Hello Shaboury, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You should be able to increase your video ram in your computer BIOS. Take a look on it.
Anyway, the minimum graphics requirements for this game are:

ATI Radeon 3870 or higher, Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT or higher, with 512MB VRAM.

These are old dedicated high-end dedicated graphics cards, but they should work good with today games, maybe with some compromises between graphics quality and performance.
I'm saying this to you because you have an integrated graphics card, which is not designed to play heavy graphics games (in this case, Chivalary: Medieval Warfare).
You have the Intel Graphics HD 3000 integrated GPU, which is comparable to a Radeon HD 5450 and a GeForce GT 9400, which are low-end dedicated graphics cards. Integrated graphics card are NOT designed for gaming.

I'm not sure your integraded GPU can handle this game.

What type of issues are you experiencing?
And, is your game copy an original one?

But you won't download it, true? :) I'm telling it to you because in this forum piracy is not admitted....

Anyway, don't expect to play these games with a playable framerate. some of them could not start too.

In your BIOS, in Advanced settings or in Chipset settings, you should find the settings which let you change the dedicated video memory...

What is your actual video RAM amount?

...in this case, increasing a little your video RAM will help running some applications, but don't expect a big performance increase. 512 MB should be OK for your video card.

have you re-checked in BIOS if there are these options?

when you start your computer, press "ESC" or "F2" (or other keys, like "F5", depending of your pc) and you will enter in the bios. In the bios, with your keyboard arrows, navigate in it and search for an option called "video RAM", "shared memory" or similar.

If you give me the exact model name of your laptop, I can help you more.
