Graphics Card PCI Bus express compatiblity

This might be a newbie question, but I have been wondering. I have an Geforce 7300 LE and am about to order an Asus GeForce GTX 660, although before I buy it I was wondering are all PCI Bus's the same or can you get differeant ones. As my geforce 7300 is an PCI Express 1, whereas the asus is labeled as an Pci express 3.0.

Does this mean I have to find an graphics card which is an PCI 1.0?

This is from Wikipedia: PCI Express - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In August 2007, PCI-SIG announced that PCI Express 3.0 would carry a bit rate of 8 gigatransfers per second (GT/s), and that it would be backward compatible with existing PCIe implementations

I'm sorry, but I'm not very good with graphics card's. Does that mean that it is compatible with old types of PCI Bus's?
