    DxDiag Tool & GPU-Z Crash/Issues

Hi, I've had a problem with a few cpu games; mainly, they show up in the task manager and dissappear a few moments later. I built my own computer, and I have a EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphics card, which is able to play Diablo 3 and skyrim on ultra settings.

My issue with DxDiag is that when I start it up I get a "DxDiag has detected that there might have been a problem accessing Direct3D the last time this program was used. Would you like to bypass Direct3D this time?" message. If I click no, the program crashes. If I click yes, it seems to open up fine. DirectDraw acceleration is Disabled and the other two are N/A. Under the Drivers section, everything is completely blank except for Driver Model, which shows WDDM 1.1.

I scoured the internet for hours trying to find solutions to this problem. I've downloaded the latest graphics card driver from the manufacturer reinstalled DirectX, and I've installed GPU-Z. This program immediately crashes upon opening with a "program has stopped working" message.

Again, I know the graphics card works because I can still play high-end computer games and watch videos, but I would appreciate ideas on how to fix it these problems. Thanks!
