Check that the graphics card is seated correctly on the motherboard.

Well the debugger states that it's an issue with your driver. \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys
I know you said that you tried multiple versions but maybe it's having a conflict somewhere. I suggest trying to uninstall the driver again through Device Manager (Right-mouse click on video card and select Uninstall). Restart your computer and let windows do its thing.

Then navigate to Drivers | GeForce to get the latest supported drivers.

If that doesn't work then you might have to run Driver Sweeper to remove all video drivers that may still be present and try again. Let us know what happens.

This is a classic TDR116 error which is typically caused by your display driver following a defect in your RAM/GPU. Firstly stop any overclocking if any, reinstall your Nvidia software package but make sure only the Display Driver and PhysX are selected, make a clean driver install.

Run a Video Memory Test with OCCT

Artifacts suggest a hardware problem (very likely) or overheating.
