ok fixed almost all issues by restore then reinstall of eGPU with all of the latest drivers (took 10mins this time as compared to 3 days!!!!! funny how that works) idk about lag or stutter yet because i havent played a game. but fixed amd issue on startup, WMI issue. so all issues are fixewd except lag/ stutter, and it still says 800mhz/800mhz when it should be 800/1600mhz. i think this is because of the PSU, i will try later. the lag is probs because of low memory speed, and maybe my ram sticks. idk fo sho yet.

disabling the internal gpu when the external is connected may also help too with the lag.

CCC is not opening. damn new drivers. owell shouldent need it

CCC for some reason has not been the sharpest tool in the shed. It is blamed in a lot of BSOD dump files.
The laptop chipset may not support PCIe 2 or 3.

it supports PCI 2 i belieave. however the connection between the GPU and EC make it pci 1 i think. idk someone said it was normal. theres no way i can change it anyway.

the only thing i can do i believe is take out my wifi card and attach another connector. but then i have no wifi! lol

i dont think its the PSU. mine i just looked up is 72w. im still goning to try a desktop PSU tho and DVI connection.

last option is GPU its self. i read that ATI cards are kind worst for this. so im going with maybe a nvidia. but it has to have optimius.

any ideas for a good/ budget card that dosent need external power
