My drivers need to be updated?

    Here is my Display info;

Name: ATI movility Radeon HD 3400 Series
    DAC Type: Internal DAC(400MHz)
    Total Memory: 858Mb

My games run excellently when played on low or medium quality but aren't doing well on high, Plus they lag when any mods (models, textures, etc..) are added.
My drivers were preinstalled, Will any update make some difference?

    Which games are you playing?

I'm thinking that it's just the limitations of this GPU which is actually not all that powerful. It's also a very old GPU. AMD is on the 8000 series now:

    That refers to the hardware.

Anyway, now I see why you're concerned. Those games are too old to be that slow because the laptop is much newer than the games. Considering how old these 2 games are, I am doubtful that a driver update would help. I don't know what else to try though.

Use the link below to download the latest legacy drivers from AMD:

Your also playing on a laptop, I wonder if overheating has had an effect on the graphics card? Post a screenshot of your temperatures while idle (no programs open) and whilst playing games, here are the links:

Uncheck any boxes which offer additional programs such as Google Chrome (if any)

You may get the latest driver from this page: AMD Catalyst

But note that the page clearly says:
AMD Radeon HD 4000, AMD Radeon
HD 3000, and AMD Radeon HD 2000 Series have been optimized to their maximum potential from a performance and feature
    perspective.
So updating drivers won't give better performance at all for that good old card. Performance you get is limited to hardware, though you can overclock it to get an extra of 5-10 fps atm.

First of all make sure that game system requirement is met. Update the drivers by downloading the drivers from the manufacturer website.
Also try to install chipset drivers.

The requirements for those games are met and they're far exceeded by this laptop.
