    HP Graphics Video Check detected an issue while running.


    i got this error in my friend Hp laptop with some failure id

    HP Graphics Video Check detected an issue while running. Invalid task bar settings. Invalid test parameters. Please verify and retest. If problem remains, copy down Failure ID code and contact HP support.

    i have done uninstall and re-install of graphics drivers again the same error occurred.

    any troubleshooting tips ??

    Need that error code.... and all the specifics of the laptop and the issues.

    Why was the check being run in the first place and what else is going on?
