Using 1024x768 resolution will look weird because the native resolution of your monitor is 1280 x 1024. So you should be using that resolution just like AddRAM suggested.
Yes. But the blur problem was not there before I change OS and motherboard. My OS was XP and Mother board was Intel. Processor is still Intel but motherboard is Digi-Light.

I believe there's no problem that you changed your MoBo or OS. My monitor here my office has the same resolution like yours 1280x1024 and i changed it to 1280 x 768 after applying the changes it really looks weird.

Have you changed the resolution to see if it looks ok ? Posting replies will not help.

Change it and let us know if it is better. :)

Just notice guys the OP has switched to 7, with inferior hardware, should go back to XP.

I was busy editing my other reply.

    NO.

I used 1024x768 for square monitor. and it was not blur.

but after changing mother board and OS it started looking blur with same resolution. That's the problem.

I never used 1280x768 because it is not suitable for square monitors.

I went looking for the minimum 7 requirements, and apparently 7 only requires a 1 Gigahertz processor and 1 gig of RAM? [What you talkin bout Willis?]

Aero itself requires 128 meg video card with Direct-X 9.0 compatibility and I could see that causing video wierdness if it was not shut off by a Windows 7 install automatically if it wasn't capable? No idea though, I haven't had a non Direct-X 9 computer in 12 years?

YIKES to functioning with that little power!

On the plus side that tidbit of knowledge is now beat into my brain for upcoming exam, tyvm.
