Do I have a bad Graphics card or what is it causing this problem?

I really don't know what is happening with the laptop, sometimes I noticed my laptop screen will flicker(or a bright flash as if someone was taking a picture). When I go to the event viewer it tells me Desktop windows service manager has been disabled by the windows system assessment tool.

I have the nvidia graphics card + Intel(using optimus technology),running windows 7 professional 64 bit. Please help me as I'm getting a tired of finding a solution for this.

You'll want to fill in your laptop specs in your profile for troubleshooting help on our end.

First question though, irregardless of that:

What happens to your Windows (Desktop) after that flicker occurs?

Here is a short techie explanation of what the WDM is about:

    Desktop Window Manager (Windows)

Any pattern of what you are doing when the flicker happens? Such as trying to load a Direct-X game or watch videos?

[Going on assumption it's not a hardware problem, though that is end game if it is.]

You've reinstalled/upgraded the laptop manufacturer's recommended video driver and/or BIOS revision?

This should help with system specs.
