How to reduce GPU fan noise

My GPU is NVIDIA Geforce Galaxy 210 and my problem is that everytime I turn on my pc it makes noise and its kind of irritating, I have to push the fan for a few moments for it to stop its noise. One problem also is that I dont know how to open it up and change the fan itself.

Could you give me tips or procedures since my warranty is already done? I'm not a geek type so I really appreciate any help you could give

What do you mean by "push the fan"?

Replacing the fan is likely to be very difficult -- and risky. You can't just stick any fan on there, obviously. So, you would have to find a replacement fan designed for that card.

Then, you would have to remove the current fan -- and not knowing how it is attached, I can't help you there.

You should Google for something like "replacing fan on Nvidia 210" -- and see if anyone else has done it, and worked up detailed directions on how it is done. I replaced a system fan in a Fujitsu laptop and found the detailed directions on how to do it. So, while it was difficult, it was something that could be done.

If you can find the directions and they don't require special work or tools, and you can find a replacement fan, then I'd go for it.

Tighten the fan to the card with a screwdriver?

Otherwise, I'd toss that in the garbage and replace with a better one or use the GPU on that CPU?

That (A4-3300) has a Radeon 6410 built into it, mind you not spectacular, but a 210 is not either, not sure who convinced you to get a 210 over the one included, because they are almost the same in performance.

Have you checked all the fans are clear?

It may be easier to find a replacement card rather than just replace a fan.
