    Dual channel command rate 1T ? thought it was supposed to be 2T

    That setting varies either 1 or 2T and just a delay between actions and varies on RAM, if you handle 1T, it's better than 2T, overclocking the RAM can apparently make up a bit of the difference, but I'm for recommended stability myself.

    I don't think I can overclock my RAM or CPU, because there is nothing in the BIOS that says I can, plus this is pre-built by Acer, and it costed my $500 at the time.

    What you can do is just buy a need MB and CPU that will work with what you have already if you plan to oc then you need to have a better PSU period but if your just doing the norm get a bundled package cpu and MB should cost you somewhere round 300.00 you can replace it all yourself
