Asus Rampage Extreme III and 2 Nvidia 295 GTX will they work ?

Hi many thanks , any ideas for a good upgrade. I will sell these two and get something for the same money, i.e like a 580 ?

I really wouldn't know as I don't do multi-card setups. I've also never used NVidia cards. Strictly ATI/AMD.

Anyway this is my cue to bow out and let those more familiar with multi-card setups to chime in.
