If that's the factory preinstalled Win7 then it is a corrupt install to begin with, larded with bloatware and useless duplicate utilities which have better versions built into Win7 and which interfere and throttle the best OS ever. That's why most tech enthusiasts won't run such an install but Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Everything needed is in the link.

This is not XP, Win7 is the first driver-complete OS which provides drivers in the installer and during all rounds of Windows Updates immediately after install, after enabling Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware (Step 3). You'd only need to provide drivers which are then missing in Device Manager after all Updates are done.

I will try to contact MSI Support about this and ask them about the other drivers that I need to install.

Not necessary. This is not XP. Win7 is a driver complete OS in the installer and then quickly updated when you run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates after install. Read the Reinstall tutorial to get a perfect install.

My laptop came with no OS. Just FreeDOS. So I had to install Windows 7 Ultimate by myself. It's not a pre-installed OS.

The same principles apply for retail Win7. Use the drivers given by Win7.
