Intel HD 4000 is not a good GPU to play games.
BTW i'm still using the older Intel HD 3000 to play games.
Related to vram you can use shared memory up to 1763 MB.
It is not the best option, but it works ... to run applications or games ...
Switching from 32 to 64 MB of dedicated memory doesn't give you more speed, so don't care of it

not sure if its possible but if you increase your overall ram size from 2gbs to 4gbs... you might get double allocation of memory so 126mbs

Desktops often have an option to increase the permanent allocation of system RAM to the graphics system. This won't improve performance but it may fool an otherwise incompatible game. Such options are rare in laptops. Your computer is not a game machine and there is nothing you can do to make it so.
