toshiba satellite S855D-S5120 runningto win7 ultimate, graphics issues

so I switched my toshiba satellite S855D-S5120 from windows 8 to windows 7 ultimate 64bit and my graphics drivers aren't working right. my windows 7 scores are as followed

    processor-6.9
    ram-7.2
    graphics-1
    gaming graphics-1
    hard disk-5.9

when I was running windows 8 my gaming graphic and graphics were much higher, and even after updating the drivers that I found on the Toshiba website, its not changing. im also having issues with my usb drivers and sm bus controller? searching online automatically for the drivers wont work for those two, I have all other drivers but its still not working. here is a link to the toshiba satellite S855D-S5120 specs

    thanks for the help!

That is a rig built for using 8, I would reinstall 8 on it if it was me and use the freeware stuff to get rid of Metro until the 8.1 patch goes live, that was assuming you hate it.

I do hate windows 8, but was going to reinstall it, but I don't have the product key for it anymore because I think it was in the box, which I think was thrown out any idea what I can do from here?

Usually the key is on a coded sticker on bottom of laptops.

    7660G for graphics?

    I'd try the one here:

AMD/ATI Radeon HD 7660G mobility drivers for Microsoft Windows 7 64bit

If it doesn't help I'd make sure the uninstall is clean, see tutorials here on the subject.

run cpu-z from cpuid.com and see what chipset that motherboard claims, and look for that specifically.
That's 2 pieces are handled by the Southbridge.

unfortunately it isn't on the bottom of the Toshiba satellite S855D-S5120, or at least I cant find it, but am extremely exhausted since I haven't slept since yesterday and non stop working on this laptop. I did stumble upon that page but every time I click to install the driver it just reloads the page, unless im missing the right button, which is possible. if you know which one to hit could you explain how to get to it?

    Looked closer: it's just: 13-4_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe

Found on amd.com if you driver search, get some sleep and check later.

Once you get cpu-z and track down the exact chipset and get it's driver going, probably also a AMD, hopefully it works.

actually it clicked that I could just copy the file name and google it, and install it from another site. should have thought about that like 5 hours ago when I found it, but not in the right mind to think lol. it actually did work...or it appears that it did, I still have to test it. windows index score is back up though, so im assuming its good. now I just have to figure out the usb driver issue and sm bus controller, but that will have to wait until after a much needed nap. have been working non stop for about 20 hours lol. thank you very much though, wouldn't have clicked if you hadn't posted a link to the site making me look it over more.

Have the same machine and downgraded.
I got the graphics drivers from AMD, had to use the ones in Beta.

here is the link to the chipset drivers, this takes care of both the controller and USB
    AMD Chipset Drivers

Got the other drivers for sound etc from a similar model Toshiba with Realtek HD sound

thanks for this, that solved the last issue I was having. was stuck with only the 1 usb 2.0 slot, and definitely need more than 1, plus wanted the faster read/write speeds. so thanks again.

One more driver for hidden missing device

No problem, been fighting this battle too.

There is one more, if you open Device manager, and under view, select view hidden items.

There is an unknown device which is tos1901 (this ended up being Toshiba firmware linkage package)

I found the file here, and installed and it fixed it.
