Are you sure it`s not the monitor ? Can you test it somewhere else ?

Try reseating the GPU properly again and see if you get a feed to the monitor.

Ok here's the deal. I let it rest for a while, still wouldn't come up. I opened it, reseated the card, everything. The video card has a DVI out (for my main) and a VGA out (for the other). I unplugged the VGA to see if it would work in the integrated slot. When I pulled it out the DVI (main) monitor suddenly turned on. I tried plugging the VGA back in and the DVI cut off again. I unplugged the VGA and now everything is running ok

I was gonna mention cables, but figured you already ruled that out.

Glad you fixed it. :)

But now you don`t have 2 monitors

Time for a new card and psu.

So you think the issue is the card? It's pretty old, wouldn't surprise me if it can't handle both monitors anymore. It really sucks considering I do music production. You ever done music production on a single screen? Ugh! :P

Get a new psu, slap in the 8800, then save your pennies.

I don't have the $150 to shell out for a 700w PSU but I plan to get one as soon as I can. I guess until then I'll rock a single monitor. Thanks you guys

It's doubtful you need more than say 550w PSU at the most, just need a good one, visit jonnyguru.com for PSU education.
