You can also hold down the Ctrl button and roll the mouse and change the size of everything on the screen.

Help ! W7 won't allow monitors resolution
It SHOULD be 1680x1050 and if I use NVidea's control, W7 just refuses with a white box on a black background saying what I'd just bloody put in is the "optimum setting" at 60hz, every setting should work and doesn't. Could anyone help ?
