I had a problem before - when I clicked the icon to restart, it wouldn't. Had to use reset button on comp.

    Now it does.

P.S - I just saw you have over 1600 posts in only 7 months!

    Dave,

    One more question:

I did a search and I do have Wincap on my comp.

Should I uninstall - seems to be for network - which I don't have.

I don't remember ever installing it.

Seems it's related to the Dump file. - seems harmless.

If you don't use the program then uninstall it :) Im not 100% certain but I think its
a Packet sniffer 3rd party program WinPcap - Home so it should be fine to uninstall if you wish.

    cheers

Oh...you can use Revo if you wish to uninstall :)

    Revo Uninstaller
Download and install Revo Uninstaller free from here:
Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

Opt for "Advanced Mode" and uninstall the software (also delete the leftover registry entries).
    cheers
