WoW crashing on Sager np9150

Hi all,

So i've had this Sager np9150 notebook for about half a year now and these are my current complaints..First lets start
with specs:

Windows 7 home edition 64-bit
Intel core i7 3630qm
Nvidia GTX 680m
16gb of ram at 1600mhz
standard mechanical drive ( 500gb )

My problem is when playing games ( 99% of the time its world of warcraft that does this ) My game will minimize for a few seconds, i sometimes get a "driver xxxx is stopped responding but had recovered", and then eventually in the middle of gameplay, my game is frozen on screen, not moving, and the audio locks up and makes a continuous, ambient noise from the speakers until i am forced to restart my computer through the power button. I have tried many different drivers, even clean installs. Nothing seems to be fixing this. I've monitored my temps and the max they ever get to on the card is around 75-80c, and the processor sometimes reaches 85c, which i realize is a bit high. Any suggestions ?

Are you using the notebook FLAT on a hard surface? That's the way they should be, not on your lap or pillow or...

Sounds like you are overheating and should get one of these:

Check all the vents and use compressed air from the side to get rid of excess dust, and if it really is bad, I'd take it to a repair shop for a thorough cleaning, not an uncommon issue, at all.

Check the RAM sticks for dust and dirty contacts and reseat also, of course with NO power including removing battery. Only hold at the edges and don't build up static or use a wrist strap for ESD purposes, cost $5.
