This must be my day to be confused. Boozad is off line so let me try to help.
A Toshiba laptop that is actually a HP laptop with a Lenovo SLIC.

    SLIC LENOVO TC-90

    OEM/SLP Windows 7 Ultimate.

IT appears to me that your install of Windows 7 Ultimate on this computer is counterfeit.

What that information indicates is the Windows 7 Ultimate you are using is for a Lenovo computer and not for a Toshiba or a H.P. computer.
The COA was used by Lenovo from the factory and can not be used again legally for other computers.
Your computer from your specs (HP G60-535DX) came installed with Windows 7 Home Premium 64.

    Please read our Forum rules.

Windows 7 Help Forums - Forum Rules

Number 4 should be the one that applies.
For us to help you a legal copy of Windows 7 must be installed.
If you can find the Microsoft COA sticker on your laptop and can read it, that would be a good starting place.

I will say it one more time.
    For us to help you.
The operating system must be a legal operating system.
Their must not be any cracked or illegal programs installed what so ever.
When you get a legal copy of Windows 7 we will help you install it if need be.
