Hi Azeemkwow, Welcome to Sevenforums

If you want to play high end games, watch full HD movies, go for Nvidia. Else, if you want to just watch movies, browse internet (all normal stuff), then Intel GPU will be good.

Intel Hd will play games but don't expect the settings to be high gamer settings

If you want true gaming experience best bet is to buy a Laptop with a good Mobile Gpu

The more graphics power the better for gaming, so if you can fit a decent dedicated nVidia GPU it would be better.

Unless you plan on buying a laptop with Nvidia (or AMD) graphics in it, you're pretty much stuck with what you have. It isn't like a desktop where you can go to any computer shop and get a video card for it.

Also the motherboard in the laptop has to have the necessary slot in it to be able to add a laptop version of a graphics card first. Next is the cooling aspect; the Intel is integrated into the CPU so there won't be the necessary cooling (fan and/or heatpipes) in it. Then there is also being able to actually find one.

As Stormy has said before, you can't just change your graphics card in your notebook, what you have is what you have, unless you want to spend more than what the notebook cost to upgrade the graphics card, which would be best invested in a gaming laptop or desktop.
