    Master check out post #2 where I linked you to. You could of course test the volts with the machine powered up but for the boards safety sake use the tutorial and just test the different leads with a digital multi meter - not the older analogue type ones they are ok but digital is more exact to read.
    Just remember just because it shows the correct volts does not mean it is necessarily supplying the right current (amps).
