    Hi deepumsk, Welcome to Severnforums.

First thing I will request you to update all your system specs.
Can you let us know what PSU are you using. Even though ATI site suggests to have 650 W. But, 500W is also good for this card. But the PSU should be a branded one. Try to uninstall the beta version drivers, clean all the bits of the drivers with "Driver Sweeper" Guru3D - Driver Sweeperand then install 13.4 for your card.

If you are using multiple RAM sticks, try to run the PC with single stick and check if you are getting black screen or not.

    Keep us posted.

Install GPUShark and see if the temps are getting out of hand. The 7700's can run hot, AMD claims 120 °C maximum operating temperature. My pair of 7770's well run mid 80's to low 90's when I do a torture test.

Indeed, it is hot. My 6870 max temp at max load was 70 C.

Whooaa! I see that you have a 450 W PSU. That's not good for your GPU. Yes, it can run your GPU but, you are also using other hardware and those also need power. I will suggest to go for a better PSU. Atleast, 550 W and that to a good brand.
If you just want to test, borrow a SMPS from your buddies and test it on your PC.
