I wasn't saying that they're going to be the card that AMD reckon it's going to be or for people to go and buy it as i think it's ludicrus expecting people to buy on rumour's. I simply quoted what was said by someone who has the cards.
As for me saying that AMD cpu's fair against I7's. I've said that the 8350 is on par with some Intel cpu's in some things and better in some but i've never said that they're better and i know that Intel are way ahead of AMD where cpu's are concerned.

No, you took what I said wrong. I didn't mean anything like that. If you took it that way, I apologize. I was mostly talking about the 'leaked' specs always put out by AMD rather than sending out samples for real testing. I didn't mean anything derogatory toward you.

I read Steve's original post a few times and I don't think Steve conveyed the point he was trying to make very clearly (no offense mean't Steve lol).
A simple case of misunderstanding.

It's hard to get the context across when it's in text and i see it happen a lot on forums.

I agree with you Steve, I think it is totally insane for someone to pre-order something not knowing A:How good or bad it is and B: a price.

You gotta be brave/loaded or have some serious faith in AMD to just chuck the money at it going on the hype alone.
