Display not refreshed when scrolling excel spreadsheet

my excel spreadsheets (not large) do not display properly when I scroll.
Some lines repeat, other do not refresh.
I minimize the window then maximize it, and it displays OK, but after when I scroll, Excel does not refresh or update the cells properly.
The worst case is having a screen full of identical cells, kind of a memory/display lag.
Am using two different monitors but even when using one monitor same problem.
Do i need to change my RAM allocation or what? and how to do that.
I have 4GB Ram

Windows 7 Ultimate Retail Box (64-bit installed) + Service Pack 1

Sounds more like Excel bug, I'd be looking at M$ forums or support to make sure, and look for an Excel patch.

Problem with Excel Spreadsheet

I can't seem to...
