The AMD uninstaller can be pretty messy if you're running an AMD CPU/APU as it can remove things that they need when you clean up GPU drivers. I would uninstall CCC completely and work on making sure your chipset drivers are all installed and up to date, then work on bringing your GPU up to date with the latest WHQL drivers (there have been known issues with beta drivers causing issues with Overdrive).

If you ever remove GPU drivers in future, do it manually, or at least set a Restore Point before doing so. If you can work through the steps above first off then let us know how you get on we'll go from there.
    I'll do so now

PS: For the past hour I've been playing my games on my APU Graphic Unit and it seems to be find so its really something wrong with my Radeon HD 6770

I agree, but let's iron out any other errors first to make sure they're not contributing.

What games are you playing at and what settings by the way?

GTA IV - Medium Settings (APU Can't handle much)

So, I turned off my computer and installed my Radeon HD 6770 back and plugged my monitor into it and turn it on. I get to the Starting Loading Splash screen and after that the splash screen disappear, my screen becomes unresponsive again but I realize, when it does that, it seems my GPU Fan Speed increases because it makes a louder noise. So right now I'm stuck as I can't get my GPU to work after the Starting Windows screen.

You did completely uninstall CCC and all GPU drivers before taking it out? I don't really think thats the problem but best to check. Can you try the card in a different PCI-e slot?

Actually have you disabled the onboard graphics in the BIOS before putting the card back in?

The only other thing I can think of ( not easy I know) is to try a different GPU in your rig or your GPU an another rig. It sounds like it's broke considering what else has been tried.

That puts a completely different perspective on things. I'm going to have to have a think about this as I'm off to a meeting shortly. Did you sort out the Overdrive issue?
