The 64 MB is on the card/chipset. All the rest is memory from your system's main memory. Where it says "0 system memory" it means it is not using any of your system main memory as video memory at the moment.
There may be BIOS settings where you can adjust how the video memory is set up at boot. Naturally the more you borrow from main memory the less general performance you have. But if you need to do some graphics work that requires more memory, you may need to. Usually this type of set up means it's video chips on the motherboard. But hardware aficionados may correct my impression.

You have 64MB dedicated graphics memory, although it can pull more from the shared memory. Either way it's not a gaming laptop by any stretch of the imagination. You'll kill it by trying to play games on it.
And please use descriptive thread titles in future to give people an idea of what they're looking at.

Your system has 831MB total memory, 64MB of that is dedicated to graphics. The rest is assigned as system memory. If the graphics require then more of the system memory will be assigned to the graphics. That would leave not a lot left for the rest of the system.
