Overclocking pass the safe limit?

    That means the voltage is locked in the bios of the card. Unless you flash a different bios you can't change it.

    Yes but flashing would do nothing most likely it would remain the same because it's not really a gaming card

Neowin 2-3% overclock? That sucks...definitely not going to buy any 1155 CPUs unless I absolutely have to.
