AMD CCC closes when I click on it.

    So this is really strange.

I overclocked my card a little bit, and it didn't work as I had wished, I restarted my computer and clocked it back to normal, no issues at all.

Since I purchased a new joystick, I installed the drivers and continued with my day to day activities, after verifying some information for a game, I noticed that I could change it's video settings in CCC so I open CCC and to my surprise, as soon as I click on the >Games tab, it closes. The process keeps running, and the icon in the tray remains active, not only that, if I click anywhere on CCC it will do the same.

I already attempted to upgrade to the newest beta driver. I had been running 3.11B6 for weeks without any issues, but now this has come up.

Last time I gave up and decided to perform a fresh install, but right now I do not have the time to go through that process

I already uninstalled the drivers for the joystick, reinstalled microsoft net framework 4.5.. but nothing. Same thing.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you.

set aside half an hour when you have it, do a fresh install of the newest drivers, should fix it, had a similar problem a while back, good luck mate

    Was able to fix it.

I discovered the UI was corrupted, checked system 32 and syswow64, uiautomationcore.dll was corrupted, I replaced them and CCC worked again like it was supposed to.
