    Best 280X, ASUS vs. XFX?

I'm stumped on what 280X to get I do like the slick look of the XFX, however the ASUS has 6400MHz, instead of the XFX's 6000Mhz. I'll link both of the GPUs here, I'm not really an expert so any help is appreciated!

Thanks, I gather there's a tutorial out there for the thermal paste replacement, I gather you just remove the plastic and the heatsink. The OCing will be handy.

The XFX is actually slightly larger and would only fit in my case by 1/2 a cm. The Asus would have 1 and a 1/2 cm of space, which is of course better.

I was more talking about bulk then length some Asus cards take up three slot spaces that is why i said the Double D is slimmer

Oh, I don't really mind about the slimness of the card.
Here's my case, everything should fit fine as far as I can tell: Sharkoon T9 Value Black Performance Case with Side Window USB 3.0 No PSU - 4044951011469 - Scan.co.uk

GET THE ASUS!!! I have it and its an amazing card. When the drivers get finalized it will be even more amazing! Just know that it is a huge card. Only takes 2 slots but it is wide and long. And make sure you have very good case airflow.

Definitely the ASUS. The DCUII cooler is great.

There's only 10mhz between the two for the core clock speed which is nothing and can be easily fixed by overclocking the card.

Bear in mind that this could void your warranty though.
