    Words and images look odd...

Hello everyone. As you can see by my picture below, words and sometimes pics show a kind of tearing effect always to the right (making the object look like its going fast lol) but not really. Its hard to explain. Anyways, I have tried the following to fix it:

-I have turned clear type on and off
    -Checked dpi settings
-I have reset my monitor to default settings and had it auto adjust.
-I have noticed it does not happen in games or Heaven benchmark.
-Its tolerable, just weird ghost affect.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

I know the obvious would be to try another cable and or monitor, but I do not have those on hand, and I don't think anything hardware wise is wrong as games look fine.

Did you do a clean reinstall of the video card drivers, that is where I would go next.

It just cuts off the image, that is odd.

I'm pretty sure that is just how he snipped that. The text having a slight tearing effect is all I notice.

Is it the same in a different browser?

Ya, it also happens on my desktop and taskbar. The icons have the same fast faded looking effect. It's weird. Full screen videos and games have no issues.

edit: Just restarted and now it went away......that was weird....

Ok, its still there, but not as noticeable as before.

I did, no change. After I rebooted once more its completely gone now. I keep worrying that maybe something is wrong hardware wise with my video card, because that what everyone says on the internet for this kind of thing. But games and everything like videos and all of that look fantastic with no weirdness. Even when text is displayed In them. (which on the internet, everyone says it happens in everything)

So idk, I hesitate to mark it solved, guess I will keep an eye on it.

    Thanks everyone.
