My AMD computer think's it's an Intel

    I may have found a fix for you. It is called the 11.5b hotfix. Here is the direct link to the hotfix updated ati hd 6770m driver

Instead, each application is assigned as "High performance" or "Power Saving" (Read: 6770m or Intel HD), and I need to manually configure EACH application in my computer to use one of the two. I tested GTA IV with eachHP has changed the drivers on these machines recently so that manual switching of the graphics devices has been disabled, for configuration, and sure enough the difference in performance was like night and day - "Power saving" lagged so badly at high settings that it simply became unplayable.     Installed the hotfix but it hasn't solved my issue. My computer still isn't recognizing the AMD gpu.
