Monitor says "No Signal"

I am getting a 30 second freeze after installing new RAM and BSOD with memory codes
This is my system specs and its all new, i replaced everything withing the past month.
MB is
Gigabyte MB GA-B85M-D3H - This board supports DDR3 and XMP

Its running at 1333 which might be the reason for the freezes .
My questions are ......
Should i set up XMP - and if so will it help. I think the bois is using the JEDEC timings?

Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to set this RAM to make my system stable. Im not great at understandin Bois features but if i have step by step I can follow

First, be sure the RAM is compatible with the motherboard. The most important specification is the RAM voltage. Check the QVL for the motherboard and note the specs of the RAM modules listed as compatible and compare that to the specs for your RAM (if your RAM is not on the list already).

Then check the manual for the motherboard and make sure the RAM is installed in the proper slots. Don't assume that Slot 1 & 2 are the proper slots for 2 sticks of RAM! Gigabyte boards can be weird that way.

Then, note your important custom user settings in BIOS, and reset the BIOS defaults, restart and go back into BIOS immediately, and reset only the important choices (Like AHCI for instance). Avoid making any other unnecessary choices.

Then set the RAM to XMP and let the board do the rest. Don't play with overclock settings until you have some knowledge and know what you are doing.

If that does not solve it then try using just one stick of RAM in the first Slot. If needed, switch it out for the other stick, and so on.

Also run Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool on the RAM, at least 3 passes - 8 if possible.

Lets see if any of that gives more clues.
