Power profile is set to high performance. Why would my RAM clock be showing in AMD and MSI and not GPU Memory clock? Obviously something is wrong and thats why im getting really low FPS with no GPU usage. I've been looking online for hours, I've run chkdsk no errors, re-seated hdd, ram sticks, gpu, psu, fresh windows 7 install, used tweaking.com, I've tried all the basic stuff and don't know what else to try
Sorry. I meant your GPU RAM clock. I wasn't trying to confuse you.

It's a Core Edition for sure, and its memory clock is definitely supposed to be at 1125 MHz. What does it do under load? What happens when you benchmark it? Are you able to see the clocks with Afterburner. I can't remember if you can or not, but it may be worth a try. My 7770 throttles to conserve power but the GPU RAM clock always stays the same. It's just the GPU itself that lowers its clock.

try a benchmark and see if the GPU RAM speed goes up while you do it. Once we figure that out, maybe we can solve your problem.

Mine doesn't look like yours, I have the 14.1 beta installed I think thats the new UI?
Rollback your drivers to the latest WHQL (Non BETA) and try it out.

Here's the screenshots of benchmark using msi kombuster with afterburner. I'll revert back to non beta and see if there's any change.

The change between drivers is incredible. It seems to me the issue you have is software related or the GPU's BIOS is toast.

Can the GPU's BIOS be toast after 2-3 weeks of use? That could explain why im getting this problem to though Screen goes black for a second then back on without any error messages

If it's software related what can be done to check that?
