Sorry. I meant your GPU RAM clock. I wasn't trying to confuse you.
It's a Core Edition for sure, and its memory clock is definitely supposed to be at 1125 MHz. What does it do under load? What happens when you benchmark it? Are you able to see the clocks with Afterburner. I can't remember if you can or not, but it may be worth a try. My 7770 throttles to conserve power but the GPU RAM clock always stays the same. It's just the GPU itself that lowers its clock.
try a benchmark and see if the GPU RAM speed goes up while you do it. Once we figure that out, maybe we can solve your problem.
