    Nvidia 6200 graphic card

I recently installed a Nvidia 6200 graphic card that I had in another computer. After I installed the card and
driver the computer began to have problems. It took forever for Windows 7 to load. The "welcome" page
would be on for several minutes be fore the desktop came up. Windows 7 freezes and the screen would go
black for several minutes then all would be back to normal. The computer I installed was very similar to my old computer running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with no problem. Is there anything I can do besides uninstalling the Nvidia 6200 card?

Make sure you clean out all the old cards drivers and install the latest for the Nvidia

    Hi.

Have you disabled the onboard video on your motherboard? It may be conflicting with the Nvidia card. Also, do you have the appropriate driver for that video card? It's fairly old, so you'd probably have to use a legacy driver.
