I'm reading about your issue it could be your monitors can't keep up with the card and refresh rate

you might need to adjust monitor freq to above 60 hz

    The primary monitor info

    1920 x 1080
    h 67 v 60
    vga

the secondary doesn't give h/v values just says 60 lol

both are setup in display settings at 60 and only other frequency on offer is 59.

so unplugging one leaving just the '2ndary' monitor in use and the problems stayed. using the primary monitor on it's own was fine.

I have switched out the connector that had an adapter on it and gone for 2x dvi cables. so far had no issues but will continue to take note whilst I use it today.

Could be a faulty VGA/port in the second monitor?
